You know, we asked for a hooded Kelvin active jacket. They gave us one with a hood… and cut the sleeves off. Stupid. Just add a hood and keep the damn sleeves. It isn’t that hard.
Great video, I appreciate that John didn’t reference Sitka items specifically. Just for reference, do you know what he meant by the wind stopper layer? What is the Sitka version? He mentioned the Black Diamond Helium which I don’t think exists. There is a Black Diamond Helios, which is a full on GoreTex hardshell; and there is an OR Helium which is an ultralight rain/wind jacket. Obviously very different garments.
