how to save for retirement early
5 minutes on socks but what about uv clothing and headwear. Poles? Proper snacks (not gear but you need the proper gear to carry them.. Explain how to avoid ankle twists in the last mile of a hike. Why to hydrate every 15 minutes and even up to an hour after a long hike Bottles vs bladders. Socks but nothing about footwear? Cooling towel? Extra socks.
You don’t need the extra battery if you have a good paper map and stay “found” as you hike.
I am old and new to this. I seriously wasnt used to the altitude and had no idea you could bring cans of Oxygen. Climbing outta the canyon at the end of the day some extra oxygen would have been very helpful. I could only climb about 10 ft and had to rest to catch my breath. YEAH I neeed to train more.. duh.
